10% It’s All We Ask

So humorous Chaos finds whenever we are encouraged to tithe or save or donate 10%.

Just 10% we are admonished. It’s the least we can do for our fellow shadows.

10% of 50,000 is 5,000.

Households earning $50,000 probably have mortgages, car payments, loans, kids and various addictions to support in order to ignore the fact that they only make $50,000.

Size matters

10% of 50 Billion is 5 Billion.

Visual:

That is 5 billion one dollar bills which, if one could stack, would make a stack 300+ miles long.

Maybe the width of Texas?

We may provide a more accurate report of the most efficient way to impress with opulence once Chaos has stack or line up 5 billion one dollar bills.

Chaos inquires when we have ever observed, read about, hard about, smelled traces of a 5 billion dollar donation happening to anyone, any cause, anywhere, like ever.

Chaos knows a financial shedding of that magnitude would have garnered a mention in CNN or the Blaze or at the very least, Fox.

No, we the unwashed are treated to visions of the blessed ones who primp along the gilded path tossing $50,000 here, $2 mil there, a couple of hundred grand where ever, just pennies by percentage, all tax write offs cast aside like change tossed at hobos.

Humanity tolerates customer no-service, excessive charges and late fees, exorbitant interest rates and basic humiliation of scrapping for left overs like Stockholm syndrome victims in the tender loving care of Münchausen affected saviors who expect to be showered with glowing accolades, undulations and speaking in tongues for saving us from ourselves, and god damned if we don’t give it up every time.

There has to be some form of irony in that.

PS: Billionaires and Presidents expect free milk shakes when mingling with members of the pool. It is an immunity thing Chaos assures, and like ebola, completely under control.
