Chapter 10 Life in the Fat Lane

When Chaos Strikes, instead of settling for “just this once”, send memories of heartburn.

When thoughts of comfort food trigger anxiety or Bad memories or regrets, mentally place the thoughts in a box, seal it tight & play Kick the can

  • Kick it down the road for futher contemplation for resolution. If the thought comes back kick it down the road again. Repeat. Chaos will get bored.
  • Make a Mind Dungeon. Perp-walk unwanted, unwelcome thoughts and memories down into the pit, toss them down into the hole and slam the iron door shut no light sound may escape.
  • Make a Mind Palace. Provide a magical wonderland where all is provided except exits.  The Mind Palace is a great place for memories of loved ones and lost pets.
