Comparing Apples to Oranges
Ponder the words Minority and Majority as they relate to BS…brain softening.
Now the pecking order begins…
Minors are not responsible for their childish behavior because it’s the Majority who keeps the minority down and in place.
However, if we calculate the breakdown of what constitutes a minority in the United States, we land ourselves in a Tropic Thunder (Ben Stiller) situation where we find dudes playing dudes while disguised other dudes only its males claiming to be women.
In fact it is the elite minority who runs the show disguised as the Majority while claiming to be the majority in charge of designating minority status upon others.
One of these days we will wake up and realize these collars we’re strangling on just snap right off.
Years ago, American Justice maven, Judge Judy, explained parental responsibility as “until the child reaches “majority.”
This got me to thinking. I had not before considered the legal terminology of adulthood as “majority” when it comes to the mincing of racial and gender privilege.
To First Define – Majority
- the state or time of being of full legal age. i.e.. A minor child graduates childhood and reaches majority.
However I have never to the best of my vast repository of knowledge, both earned and imagined, heard the utterances of one bragging, on the cusp of age 18 to 21, claim they can’t wait to become a legal “Majority.”
The least spoken phrase of all time might be: “Hey bartender, I’m of the Majority”
Signs of propaganda (also known as advertising), purport to sell exclusively to Majors, as minors are not qualified participants.
Majority Good, Minority Bad
In grammarian circles the root of majority, Major, sets the high bar. Majorities are what’s happening, where it’s at , what ever “it” happens to be.
Majority: singular noun, adjective and verb. Majorities plural. As belonging to a superior group or class.
- the greater part or number; the number larger than half the total: the majority of the population
- a number of voters or votes, jurors, or others in agreement, constituting more than half of the total number
- the amount by which the greater number, as of votes, surpasses the remainder (plurality doesn’t count)
- the party or faction with the majority vote: The Democratic Party is the majority. An Inconvenient falsehood
- the state or time of being of full legal age: to attain one’s majority
- the military rank or office of a major (in charge of the minority)
Idioms & Other Idiotic Statements
The priceless irony of the idiom never shines as bright than when used as a tool of communication from the top.
- “I am from the government and am here to help you.”
I decry comparisons between major and minor as nothing but handy, dandy interchangeable words which act in politics as
magnets rotating polls of positive and negative fields that flip when stimulated by outside forces.
- Example: When a politician goes to Washington…”to make a difference” Hysterical.
Minority Weak, Majority Strong
Minority, root word minor.
In grammarian circles the root of minority, minor, sets the low bar. Minorities are what’s struggling, where it’s not , what ever “it” happens to be.
Minority: singular noun, adjective and verb. Minorities plural. As belonging to a substandard group or class.
Minor adjective

- not serious, important, etc.: a minor wound; a minor role
- having low rank, status, position, etc.: a minor official
- under the legal age of full responsibility

As expected the antonym of the word minor is major.
Antonym’s Matter
When the Majority Is the Minority
Consider, the 51.74% majority of the American population although female may not enjoy the consideration of “major” or the majority.
Women, as proclaimed by the alleged “Majority” fit the classification of minority.
The word minority as a variation of “minor tells the rest of the tale.
Minorities Do Not Equality Make
In law, minors may not be held totally responsible for their own actions.
Minorities may never escape the moniker of “minor” regardless of effort, skill, intelligence, aspirations or success.
Ultimately, regardless of heights or depths achieved, a minority member is viewed as:
- Weak
- Victim
- Helpless
- in need of assistance whether they ask for it or not.
I belongs to the female class. I am expected to adopt the “minority” label.
I am not a child.
Until strong women stand up and claim majority we will continue to be treated as children, legally, morally, spiritually…
and the same goes for all those other “minorities” who are expected to accept the assignment of lesser social and legal standing for our own good, in the hopes it will usher them into the “major” league.
The term Minority implies a class of peoplw who do not possess the capacity to recognize our dire, unequal circumstance.
The assumption of abuse upon the minority, for instance, whether is, has or will happen, the minority is expected to need assistance from the majority in making this determination.
Minorities are not Expected to be Capable to Apply Reasoning or Rationality
The intrusive data gathering questions come up in the least expected venues.
I have frequently experienced intrusive queries as to whether I am a member of a minority:
white
Hispanic white
etc
As a female I am frequently asked
- Is there domestic abuse in your house
- Do you feel safe in your home
- Do you feel deprrssed
These inquiries raise the hair on the back of the neck at which point I state firmly that I refuse to answer any further questions intended to gather statistics of abuse, drug use, gun ownership, depression and mental deficiencies in order to justify new and improved government agencies.
I do not comply, instead I scold and protest.
- “Do you not see I am an adult with full capability to perform adult tasks”
- I know how to dial 911, if I have an issue I know where to call
- and honestly, if I were depressed, they would be the last people I would tell because of the miriad of laws determined to remove rights and freedoms based upon my answers.
The inquiry itself is demeaning.
Were I of male persuasion, would the questioner be so emboldened to ask of abuse in the home?
I am fully capable of recognizing the ever changing world of checks and balances, and promises to let you know when and if we need assistance.
“I call you,” is my motto.
I encourage others who are designated as minors to realize the classification serves to reinforce victim hood and negates independent autonomy.
“Equality” means accepting responsibility for one’s own situations not relying upon outside entities to ride in like princes on a white horses to the rescue.
I reject the minority – I am not a child.
