History of right vs left dynamics:

- “The Right” for aristocratic or royal interests and the church
- “The Left” for republicanism, secularism and civil liberties
American politics
The word “left” in American politics may refer to “liberalism” and be identified with the Democratic Party, although in recent years the Democrat party has proven more interested in conquest and control type of Authoritarian leadership and promotion of socialist or social-democratic positions than with protection of Liberty and Free Speech.
This socialist status used to belong to France but has suffered mission creep into America with the help of modern technology, media and money.
